Chordata newsfeed directory debuts

A week ago, I wrote a little about the challenge of finding quality newsfeeds. As I wrote, I got an idea for a new newsfeed directory that would make that easier. Since then, I’ve dropped most of my other work, copied a bunch of code from my existing sites, twisted and bullied it and written more. Today, behold Chordata, a directory of RSS, Atom and (when I get some Info Bite List tools ready) Info Bite List feeds.
The site doesn’t yet sport all of the features I’ve envisioned for it, but it does have a categorized list of feeds (a little over a hundred at this moment, but I’m adding more all the time), and it lets any registered visitor rate any feed both objectively (it is well constructed or sloppy and unattractive) and subjectively (do you personally like it). The feeds in any particular category are sorted by their average ratings.
Oh, one more thing. Check out the Chordata t-shirts.
