“Net Pulse News” – Videos, News, Etc. Based On Hot Search Trends

I’ve just posted a new page on Chordata called “Net Pulse News“. It pulls the hottest search trends from Google Trends, and displays news, blog and video search results based on those keywords.
Google Trends identifies the hottest trends in search — the keywords that massive numbers of people have recently started searching for. When big news breaks, related searches skyrocket, so Google Trends is a great way to keep on top of big news without having to watch all sorts of different news channels.
Net Pulse News uses CaRP Evolution, its YouTube plugin, its RSS 2.0 theme, and a little custom code to generate newsfeeds based on the top keywords from Google Trends, and to display those search results on the website. If you have an RSS feed reader, you can subscribe to the news, blog, or YouTube search results individually, or a single feed containing all of them.
