You've heard of "A-ha!" moments? Well, I had a "Duh!" moment this morning when I realized that I need to get an address when shipping physical goods in order to be able to calculate shipping and sales tax. So now my shopping cart checks for that, and collects an address anytime physical goods are ordered. The vast majority of my customers--who order software downloads--will still never see the address form.
