Is the entertainment industry in cahoots with spammers? The reason I ask is that the newest dreck coming across the airwaves, "Desperate Housewives", looks from the previews like that same "cheating wives" garbage that's been invading my in-box lately. I've never read beyond the subject lines, but I have a sneaking suspicion that one of the following is happening:

1) The SPAM is an entertainment industry backed astroturfing campaign for the show.

2) The show will feature ads for websites of ill repute.

3) The writers are pron addicts, and are basing the show on the spam.

Either way, Sex in the Suburbs is the latest step in a bad trend.
